1. Eligibility
The Badger Gives Thanks Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Nominees must also reside in Wisconsin. Employees of Badger Injury Law, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps on the official Badger Injury Law social media post:
- Like the promotional post
- Share it to their page or story
- Tag the nominated family (or a friend who knows them)
- Comment explaining why the nominated family deserves to win
Each eligible comment counts as one nomination. Participants may nominate more than one family, but each nomination must be in a separate comment.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase chances of winning.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from the time the promotional post is published until
11:59 PM (CST) on November 20, 2025. Winners will be selected and announced on or about
November 21, 2025.
4. Prize Details
Four (4) nominated families will each receive one (1) $200 grocery store gift card.
Gift cards will be distributed directly to the families selected by Badger Injury Law.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Eligible entries will be reviewed by the Badger Injury Law team. Winners will be chosen based on the heartfelt nature of the nomination and overall community spirit expressed.
Winners will be contacted directly via social media and announced publicly on Badger Injury Law’s official channels.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days, another recipient may be chosen at Badger Injury Law’s discretion.
6. Publicity
By participating, entrants grant Badger Injury Law permission to use their names, social media handles, and submitted nomination content (including comments) for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Badger Injury Law reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues or events beyond its control.
All decisions made by Badger Injury Law regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution are final.
